Anger Management wellness Course
Includes:
- Complimentary consultation
- An initial and comprehensive 90-minute assessment
- One 50-minute session per week (for some, two sessions for the first week or two might be needed)
- Access to therapy virtually from the comfort and privacy of your home or office (eliminating drive-time, that can otherwise be spent the way you want personally or professionally)
- Personalized exercises, reading material, and resources as needed to help change your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions
- Use of Blueprint Health technology via an app for your iPhone or Android to track and visualize progress and to improve the outcome of your therapy
- Education about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Seven Dimensions of Transformational Living (7-DTL), to benefit from a dynamic approach to having meaningful and actionable strategies after each session, leading to the development of a new perspective and approach to vibrant living
- Saturday appointments (when available) for an additional fee
- Upon successful graduation from therapy, usually 8, 12, 18, or 24 sessions, a certificate of completion
- Support, education, and assistance from Dr. Edward L. De La Loza, a Cognitive Behavioral therapist and Evergreen Certified Specialist in Anger Management
